Resilience building for Carers

I'm so happy to have restarted my weekly mindfulness classes for Carers Network. The classes combine a combination of grounding and calming practices to help carers cope more easily with their daily challenges. It's also a lovely way for carers to come together and share their experiences in a really supportive enviroment.
